It's Halloween Week already!

Hi all!

I’m currently working on Chapter Nine of “In Deep Water,” and throwing around the idea of participating in NaNoWriMo. I’m ready to do some hardcore writing! I have a great idea for another story that I’ve been brainstorming to write while also working on “In Deep Water.” I’m so excited for this one and I think that is making me very perfectionistic about it, which makes it rather difficult to write it. It’s a vicious cycle! But I’m working through that perfectionism and hopeful to get into that story’s writing flow soon.

In other news, I was away from home this weekend and all my fur-babies missed me dearly! My little dachshund won’t let me out of her sight. She’s currently attached to my hip right now! My other three puppers are laying within two feet of me and even my cats are snoozing it up next to me. My babies are the sweetest.

Can y’all believe it’s Halloween week? I’ve been trying to watch something spooky as much as possible this month to get me into the Halloween mood. Unfortunately, it hasn’t really helped that much. Mostly just has me craving a bunch of chocolate.

And I’m kicking myself because I wanna write a spooky story SO BAD. But I have no good ideas for a spooky piece and, dare I say, I don’t think I’m good at writing scary.
