Long Time, No Write

It’s been a while!

Not going to lie, life has been life-ing. I’ve been dealing with some health issues that have had me doing the bare minimum. Which has been a total drag.

On top of all that, I found out I’m pregnant! That alone has been one wild ride. I’m now seven months along with a baby boy. We are working hard to get everything ready for him when he arrives. It’s been an amazing journey of new discoveries, as well as navigating in some unfamiliar waters.

BUT... It has left little time for writing and reading. However, I try my best to keep those things as a priority when I can, because I miss it. I’ve been keeping up with my Coffee House Writers stories. Finished “In Deep Water” and started “Zombie Killer Squad.”

I recently got a promotion with CHW. I am now an editorial assistant! I still post stories, but I also help during the editing process. Lately, it has been about learning the ropes, and while I still have so much to learn, it has been so fun and fulfilling to do this new thing that I so enjoy. It inspires me to make my writing- mainly, my blogging- a priority again. And that is exactly what I plan on doing. Starting now. I can’t promise how often I’ll post, but I hope to post semi-regularly.
